We produce lots of stainless steel custom casting products, including door handles and various accessories. Machining the casting parts with CNC lathing or CNC milling machines, we can produce casting parts with higher requirements on dimensions.

When it comes to stainless steel custom products, what will we do during the customization process?

Giving quotation: We will quote according to your drawings and samples.

Sampling: We will produce samples for you according to your requirements.

Sampling may sound simple, but it is not that simple actually. During the sampling period, we need to design and make new tooling (yes, we can make tooling in our own workshop), install tooling and set machines, etc. Many of the processes need to be followed by technicians.

Once the samples are finished, we will send the samples and wait for customers’ feedback. We love to hear feedback from the customers because it makes the product requirements more specific. This is important to us because we want to make sure that the products we produce are exactly what you want.

After the samples are confirmed, the product is ready for mass production. In the first production, we will confirm all the details and design the inspection processes to ensure the consistency of the quality.
